  • Handling the pre-flotation legal due diligence and any required capital reconstruction
  • Advising on the drafting of the AIM admission document 
  • Negotiating the terms of any placing or underwriting agreement between the Company, its Directors and Broker
  • Negotiating the terms of the ongoing advisory agreement between the Nominated Adviser and the Company
  • Advising the Directors on their responsibilities as directors of a company whose shares are traded on AIM
  • Preparing Directors' service contracts and employee's share participation schemes if required
