To minimise risk it is very important to ensure that office systems are monitored, and procedures regularly reviewed so that those dealing with day to day trust management are given proper direction and those who manage them can be comfortable with what they are doing.

LG has significant experience in the administration and management of trusts and over a number of years has taken a lead in providing fiduciary risk management reviews to trust and company providers. A review will examine systems and procedures (both in the creation of trusts and in their ongoing management) with a view to identifying ways in which fiduciary risk may be minimised.
