LG's M&A team advises entrepreneurs, publicly listed companies, overseas corporations, private companies, trustees and trust corporations and other entities on acquisitions, disposals, mergers, reorganisations and strategic alliances, including limited partnerships and joint ventures.

The breadth of our practice covers most sectors including leisure, brewing, entertainment, retail, insurance, mining, media, publishing, support services and financial services. Increasingly, we are asked to advise our property clients on the corporate vehicles for property deals and offshore trust clients on the corporate aspects of M&A and financing transactions.

We frequently advise on complex cross-border transactions involving the laws and regulations of several jurisdictions, including project management or transactions where we have been responsible for instructing and co-ordinating law firms in different jurisdictions to provide a seamless service.
