Our Employment lawyers advise on all legal aspects of the employment relationship. They have vast experience advising on complex remuneration structures, including employee benefit trusts and salary sacrifice arrangements - as well as on reviews of bonus and other incentive arrangements. 

Our Pensions lawyers advise trustees and employers in relation to over 70 pension schemes of various sizes. They have unique expertise in relation to advising insurance companies and IFAs in relation to the development of pensions products.  These range from SIPPs (self invested personal pension plans) to group life policies and healthcare trusts.

Working together, our Employment and Pensions team specialise in advising employers in managing liabilities and saving costs in relation to occupational pension schemes. They have significant experience in advising employers with overseas parent companies in relation to UK pensions issues - often advising in relation to pensions issues on significant corporate transactions and entering into negotiations with the Pensions Regulator.

Our trust corporation Lawrence Graham Trust Corporation acts as trustee of a variety of pension schemes either as a sole trustee or as a professional trustee amongst other lay trustees.
