We work closely with colleagues in the Private Capital, Capital Raising and Real Estate service areas on the trust law issues raised in the commercial use of trusts, for example in:

• Employee incentivisation schemes
• Securitisation schemes
• Banking security arrangements
• The use of purpose trusts as holding vehicles

More straightforwardly, we will be involved advising trustee shareholders in corporate transactions.
