Our corporate group provides premium quality advice on IPOs, secondary capital issues, takeovers, re-organisations, mergers & acquisitions and other corporate transactions. We are one of the leading advisers to companies coming to the Official List or the Alternative Investment Market or carrying out transactions on these markets.

Our service is partner-led and we take a common sense approach, viewing the situation very much from the client's perspective.

We understand the value and importance to our clients of effective project management of the delivery of our services, across all legal disciplines, and the efficient co-ordination of our services with those of the other members of our clients’ professional teams. We work alongside (and often also advise) financial intermediaries and other professionals to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of transactions for their clients.

We have a strong investment funds practice and also advise on on-going Stock Exchange compliance, Financial Services and Markets Act issues and corporate governance matters, which cannot be ignored in the current regulatory environment.
