- Advised Scottish & Newcastle and SDEL on the creation of a technical support services company established by Scottish & Newcastle and Carlsberg UK to combine the technical support services they provide to pubs and bars for dispensing draught beer and other drinks, including related inquiries by Office of Fair Trading and Competition Commission.
- Advised The Boeing Company on its agreement with QinetiQ (formerly part of the UK Ministry of Defence) for testing new and derivative aircraft in QinetiQ's five metre wind tunnel based at Farnborough
- Advised ARINC Inc on establishment of AeroMobile business (mobile services on aircraft)
- Advised Wellington College on an Office of Fair Trading investigation into alleged cartel between independent schools
