Experience

• Advised Hart District Council on the redevelopment of the Queen Elizabeth II barracks, at Church Crookham in Fleet. This will include advising the council in relation to the planning and infrastructure agreements surrounding the redevelopment and advising on issues related to the environment effects on the surrounding sites of importance for Nature Conservation (SINCs)
• Advised Performance Shopping Centre Partnership on a joint venture between Legal & General and Strathclyde Pension Fund on the £100 million redevelopment of Golden Square Shopping Centre, Warrington
• Advising J Sainsbury Developments on a major edge of centre non-food retail and residential scheme at Trowbridge, Wiltshire comprising 7,600 square metres of retail and 92 dwellings. This included negotiating planning and infrastructure agreements, and advising on scope and content of evidence in relation to call-in Public Inquiry
