Experience
  • Acted for 3i on the leasehold acquisition of its  new London headquarters building at 16 Palace Street including dealing with all aspects of the fit out construction documentation
  • Acting for Oxford City Council in the £300m redevelopment of Westgate Shopping Centre, Oxford
  • Acted for Limited Partnership between USS and Grosvenor on both construction and certain property aspects in relation to development of Grand Arcade Shopping Precinct, Cambridge
  • Acted for Legal & General on purchase and funding of Birmingham International Park, Solihull and Barbican Leisure Park, Plymouth
  • Acted for AXA in the negotiation of a development agreement with London Development
  • Advised on the potential £200m development site in Dagenham
  • Acted for Hermes on the initial purchase of St Ann's House, Manchester (mixed offices/retail), subsequent letting of offices to Beachcroft Wansbroughs and subsequent sale
  • Acted for Hermes on purchase and subsequent sale of Thames Valley Park 3, Reading
  • Acted for Derby Estates on the purchase, pre-letting, construction and subsequent sale of office premises at Pride Park, Derby
  • Acted for O2 (UK) Limited in relation to numerous leasehold and freehold acquisitions including offices and call centres
  • Acted for BT on the property aspects of the outsourcing and sale of circa £2 billion worth of property, and on the demerger of BT Cellnet from the BT Group
