• Acted for the directors of WorldCom in Europe, the Middle East and Africa in relation to the financial restructuring of WorldCom group.
• Advised the liquidators of a printing company in a multimillion pound claim against the directors for breach of fiduciary duty, misfeasance and unlawful dividend payments.
• Acting for the liquidators of a group of companies in the recovery of multimillion pound losses involving litigation in Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Jersey, the BVI and Nevis.
