• Legal & General - Advised on the sales of 225-235 Oxford Street London W1, Stafferton Way Retail Park Maidenhead, Wickes Edgware Road and Birmingham Business Park Solihull for c£14 million.
• Legal & General - Advised on the transfer of Grosvenor Centre Northampton, St George's Centre Harrow, Ealing Broadway Centre Ealing and Chineham Shopping Centre Basingstoke into offshore unit
  trusts and then on to Limited Partnerships.
