• Advised Development Securities Plc in relation to the acquisition of the Peacock Shopping Centre, Northampton, by way of joint venture.
• Advised Marks & Spencer on its sale and leaseback of 78 high street stores (awarded Retail Deal of the Year at the Retail Property Awards 2002).
