• Advised USS/Grosvenor on the Grand Arcade Shopping Centre, Cambridge on all aspects relating to the development of a major new shopping centre for Cambridge anchored by John Lewis and including relocating (temporarily) an existing John Lewis and Magistrates Court
• Advised AXA REIM on the acquisition and creation of a limited partnership with external funding of a major office development, on Thomas More Square, London, on the city fringes
• Advised Centros Miller on acquisition, development, letting and disposal of a regeneration project relating to the creation on 20 acres of heavy industrial land in Kidderminster of a Tesco food store and 330,000 sq ft of new retail and leisure facilities
• Advised Centros Miller on acquisition funding and letting of a new shopping centre, Fremlin Walk, Maidstone, in Maidstone anchored by House of Fraser
