Heads LG's India Group and regularly advises Indian companies on mergers, acquisitions and disposals and capital raising in the UK and elsewhere in Europe.

• Advised Barclays Private Equity on the sale of its $98million interest in Fosbel Group
• Advised Careforce Group on its flotation on AIM
• Advised Dewhurst on its admission to trading on AIM
• Advised Four Soft, a listed Indian software development company, on its $19million acquisition of the T&L Division of DCS Group plc in the UK, the US, Holland and Germany
• Advised NIIT, a listed Indian IT solutions company, on its $25million acquisition of ROOM Solutions Limited
• Advised Satyam, the global IT solutions provider, on its $39million acquisition of Citisoft plc in the UK and the US
• Advised Scottish & Newcastle on the sale of the Theakston brewery in Masham and the Theakston brand name to T&R Theakston Limited
• Advised on the creation of a new independently operated technical support services company to be established by Scottish Courage and Carlsberg UK Limited in the UK
• Advised Serviced Dispense Equipment on a joint venture between Scottish & Newcastle and Carlsberg UK Limited –  its agreement to acquire the technical services operations of Coors Brewers
• Advised Wilmington, a listed English company, on numerous acquisitions and disposals, the most recent of which were, the acquisition of Ark Group Limited for an aggregate consideration of up to £20million and the acquisition of Mercia Group Limited for an aggregate consideration of up to £11.5million
