Specialises in family governance, international and domestic taxation, trusts and estate planning. His practice is significantly international, acting on large trust structures for a number of substantial institutions, for wealthy individuals, and for non-UK domiciliaries on inward investment into the UK.
Other specialisations are acting for trustees on UK corporate transactions, in trust situations where beneficiaries are divorcing, and complex trust drafting. Particular focus on clients from South East Asia.
Has been consulted as an expert witness in his field.
