Experience
  • Finalised the largest in lieu tax settlement with the Government in the UK, saving tax of £20 million
  • Acts for a family trust which currently has a property investment business that turns over £50 million a year
  • Successfully challenged UK Immigration Rules on human rights grounds at the Civil Courts. Resulted in the client being entitled to remain in the UK and may lead to possible law reform of the relevant immigration law
