• Successfully defended Williams Lea on a dispute as to the application of TUPE concerning 40 employees.
• Advising in relation to multi-jurisdictional employment matters arising from acquisitions.
• Advised Dell on TUPE and HR aspects of a multi-jurisdiction outsourcing contract.
• Defending employment tribunals claims relating to race discrimination, constructive dismissal, disability discrimination, unfair dismissal and other issues.
