• Led the LG team on advising Air Contractors on Air Contractors acquisition of, and investment in 75% of, BAC Group Limited - an international air cargo company
• Advised on the MBO of Bermuda based oil, gas and chemicals group with operations in South America, London and the Middle East
• Acted for Capmark in respect of senior and mezzanine facilities totalling £107 million and the provision of equity funding for the acquisition of Vintners Place, London
