- Acted for existing shareholders of J&S Group (the oil products trading group) on the sale of a 40% equity stake and financing arrangements
- Acted for Entertainment Rights plc on its £16.9 million equity fundraising (by means of a Firm Placing and Placing & Open Offer), principally to finance its US$20 million acquisition of the 'Filmation Library' in the US
- Acted for Londis (Holdings) Limited on its proposed £40 million acquisition by Musgrave Investments plc, by way of a Court-approved Scheme of Arrangement.
- Acted for Regent Inns plc, a listed company (owner and operator of 'Walkabout' outlets and 'Jongleurs' comedy clubs) on its £19 million equity fundraising (by means of a Firm Placing and Placing & Open Offer), principally to fund future expansion.
- Acted for Scottish & Newcastle plc, a listed company on the beer and wine distribution agreements entered into with Spirit as part of the £2.51 billion disposal of its Retail Pubs Estate to Spirit
- Acted for Regent Inns plc on the aborted sale of 17 unbranded trading outlets to Lionheart Inns/Porter Black (Holdings) Limited
- Acted for Gooch Webster Group on its merger with Colliers CRE/Fitzhardinge plc.
