Catherine undertakes a full spectrum of real estate work for varied clients including real estate investors, developers, multiple retailers and leisure companies. Catherine is leading our team acting for Bracknell Regeneration Limited Partnership in preparatory work (including site assembly) in readiness for the regeneration and redevelopment of Bracknell Town Centre. She also leads our teams advising Debenhams, Betfair and the owners and operators of greyhound stadia, GRA Limited, on real estate matters. Catherine is a member of the DCLG's commercial issues group which is considering the roll out of Energy Performance Certificates for commercial buildings and is the author of articles published on this and related issues.
