• Successfully opposed Blackfriars Glouster CPO on behalf of MEB and BT
• Acted for East Sussex County Council in successfully opposing a major wastewater treatment works near Brighton
• Has been responsible for the conduct of a number of Judicial Review proceedings on behalf of NHS Executive, North Thames, O2 and London & Regional Properties, the latter in relation to a redevelopment of Crystal Palace
