• Advising in relation to issues arising out of U.S. tax shelters, hurricance Katrina claims, cross border part VII transfers, financial lines exposure to credit crunch issues.
• Acting for North American and European insurers and reinsurers in relation to claims arising out of 9/11
• Acting for North American life company in relation to PA/LMX disputes
• Acting for an international group of reinsurers in relation to a.p.h. claims coverage issues on LMX policies
