International contentious trusts and estates

Our dedicated contentious trusts and estates team has a wealth of experience on all aspects of trust and estate disputes, onshore and offshore.

We advise regularly on the resolution of disputes with a view to avoiding litigation where possible, via the formation of secure trust structures, and provide ongoing advice on administrative risk and regulation to avoid problems arising in the future.  Sometimes, of course, litigation is unavoidable and we are highly skilled at running cross-jurisdictional court actions and negotiating situations where different laws conflict.
