ExpertiseRobert deals with all aspects of real estate work with particular emphasis on working with investor clients in relation to the acquisition, disposal and development of commercial real estate.
Robert also has extensive experience of dealing with the letting of major office industrial and retail developments acting for both landlords and tenants.
Through his work with the Low–Carbon Workplace, Robert has been at the forefront of advising in relation to the refurbishment and letting of low emission and energy efficient office premises.
Experience
- Advised on the formation of the Threadneedle Low-Carbon Workplace fund, a joint venture between Threadneedle Property Investments, the Carbon Trust and Stanhope
- Led team on the disposal of the Axis Portfolio of industrial estates for the Henderson UK Property Unit Trust
- Acted on behalf of Advent Capital Holdings on their head office lease in London
- Advises Henderson Global Investors and Threadneedle Property Investments on all aspects of property investment, letting and management
