ExpertiseCatherine has over 30 years’ experience advising on a full spectrum of real estate matters and projects for varied clients, including real estate investors, developers, multiple retailers and leisure companies.
Catherine also spearheads the firm’s team on real estate environmental issues including energy performance certificates, green leases and the carbon reduction commitment.
ExperienceCatherine has acted for the Debenhams' group for many years. She led teams dealing with the real estate matters on their demerger from Burtons in the 1990s, their privatisation and floatation in the 2000s and their acquisition of eight stores from Allders. Recently she acted in securing their new headquarters at Regent's Place, London NW1.
Catherine leads our team acting for Bracknell Regeneration Limited Partnership on the management of its existing assets and the regeneration of the town centre. As part of that regeneration a general vesting declaration was made in June 2011 and a new store has been built and let to Waitrose.
