Three new partners strengthen LG's Corporate and Private Capital teams

Business law firm LG is pleased to announce that it has promoted Karima Hudson (corporate), John Reed (corporate) and Alex Ruffel (private capital) to the partnership.
Karima specialises in corporate transactions, such as M&A, joint ventures and other collaborative business ventures. She leads LG's healthcare practice and her work embraces all aspects of ownership, operation, regulation and development of healthcare assets.
John specialises in general corporate law, with particular strength in investment funds. His expertise lies in domestic and cross-border corporate finance, M&A, IPOs, and financial and investment services.
Alex is a private capital lawyer. She specialises in international succession, structuring for UK non-domiciliaries, trust and estate planning for UK individuals and UK immigration and citizenship for non-UK nationals.
