LG advises on administration of men's specialist clothing chain

Business law firm Lawrence Graham LLP (LG) has acted for the administrators of retail chain High & Mighty Limited on the pre pack sale of its business and assets to the home shopping group N Brown.
High & Mighty Limited is Europe's leading retailer of big and tall men's clothing. N Brown – a leading direct home shopping retailer (and financial services company) – has taken over 14 stores, preserving the jobs of approximately 100 employees.
LG corporate recovery and restructuring partners Tom Withyman and Steven Cottee led with assistance from corporate recovery and restructuring lawyers Bhaljinder Mander and Serena McAllister.
Tom said: "The transaction was undertaken with considerable speed and has resulted in the preservation of most of the employees' jobs. It should also secure the future for the High & Mighty brand in the UK."
