International business law firm Lawrence Graham LLP (LG) has advised C&C Group Plc (C&C) on its second major acquisition this year, The Gaymer Cider Company (Gaymers), which it is buying from Constellation Brands Inc for £45 million. Gaymers is the manufacturer of Blackthorn, Olde English and Gaymers brands. It is based in Shepton Mallet, Somerset.
