New partner expands LG's Corporate Tax team

International business law firm Lawrence Graham LLP (LG) is pleased to welcome Julian Hickey as a partner in its Corporate group.
Julian advises corporate clients on a broad range of tax matters, with a particular focus on structured real estate and IP transactions, tax structured finance, international fund structuring, corporate M&A, joint ventures and corporate reconstructions.
He also has a broad experience in tax dispute resolution and has regularly defended clients against HMRC challenges to structured tax based deals.

Julian joined LG on 19 April 2010. He was previously a partner at Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP (BLP). Lara Hill also joins from BLP as an associate on 4 May 2010.
