LG is named Private Client Team of the Year

LG has been named Private Client Team of the Year 2008 at the prestigious Legal Business Awards, in recognition of its growing international 'billionaire' practice.
Legal Business said: "LG boasts one of the largest private client teams in London. Focused on the Middle East and Asia, it is geared toward an ultra-high-net-worth client base – dubbed 'The Billionaire's Club' – which is now more ably serviced from the firm's new Dubai office."
Andrew Young, Head of International Private Capital at LG said: "This recognition confirms that we've positioned ourselves as the premier adviser to the world's wealthiest families and individuals – not only for their private wealth needs, but for their corporate and other business requirements. The award follows other recent endorsements for LG's Private Capital team. Andrew Young was voted Private Client Lawyer of the Year at the 2007 Global "Magic Circle" wealth adviser awards from Citywealth, whose annual list of the Top 100 Wealth Advisers in the world for 2007 included six LG partners – more than from any other law firm.
