International real estate developer nets £21.8m investment from Lehman Brothers

LG has advised new client Nanette Real Estate Group N.V. ("Nanette") – the AIM-listed international residential property developer - on the placing of shares with Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners Group ("Lehman Brothers") raising £21.8 million. The proceeds from the share subscription will be used for Nanette's business expansion.
Nanette is a residential property developer operating in major cities in both Poland and Hungary. The company is at various stages in the planning and development of more than 12,000 residential units.
The LG team advising Nanette included solicitor Farhod Moghadam and was led by corporate partner, Lance Feaver.
Lance said: "We have enjoyed working with Nanette in successfully negotiating this significant investment by Lehman Brothers. The deal marks yet another important development for Nanette allowing it to build upon the success it has had since joining AIM in June of last year".
