LG advises waste recycling company on investment

LG, the London-based business law firm, acted for Greenview Composting Limited ("Greenview") on the investment in the company by NIBC Infrastructure Partners for and on behalf of NIBC European Infrastructure Fund I C.V. (“NIBC”).
Greenview is a UK market leader in the provision of in-vessel composting solutions to the waste market through its subsidiaries County Mulch Limited and Covered Systems Limited.
NIBC is investing to assist Greenview to capitalise on its capabilities to design, build and operate composting sites and to expand through a planned roll out of additional sites to capture opportunities in the fast-growing waste recycling market.
Corporate partners Michael Storar and Geoff Gouriet led the LG team advising Greenview with assistance from Marc Wilshaw and Adrian Slack.
Geoff Gouriet said: "The market for composting waste in the UK is expanding rapidly. We are delighted to have acted for Greenview and its entrepreneurial management team and to have applied our experience of the “waste recycling” area to assist Greenview with its future growth plans."
