LG advises on largest Euronext Amsterdam Listing by an AIM Company

LG, the business law firm, is advising AIM company, Accsys Technologies PLC ("Accsys"), on its secondary Listing on Euronext Amsterdam by NYSE Euronext and further Offering of ordinary shares in The Netherlands and elsewhere in Europe.

Accsys is a UK incorporated environmental science and technology company focused on the development, commercialisation and licensing of technologies - with its primary focus on the production and licensing of its 'Accoya™' hardened wood product. Accsys' market capitalisation is currently around €625.5 million and the Offering is anticipated to raise in the region of €60 million.

The LG team advising Accsys is led by corporate partner, Jeffrey Elway, and includes corporate assistants, Kris Rogers and Jenna Beever.

Jeffrey said: "We are delighted to be working on this transaction. Accsys was one of the first AIM companies to have its' shares quoted in Euros and is now to be the largest AIM company (and one of only three) with a secondary listing on Euronext Amsterdam."

The Euronext listing is scheduled to become effective on 18 September 2007.

Houthoff Buruma N.V. are acting as Dutch legal counsel to Fortis Bank (Nederland) N.V., the lead manager and underwriter of the Offering (and Accsys' Euronext listing agent).
