27 June 2006

LG advises KBC Peel Hunt on Placing and Admission of Nanette Real Estate Group N.V.

LG, the London-based business law firm, advised KBC Peel Hunt, nominated adviser and broker, on the Placing and Admission to AIM of Nanette Real Estate Group N.V. ("Nanette"). Admission is today, Tuesday 27 June, giving the Company a market capitalisation of £102 million.

Nanette, which raised £10m in new funds through the Placing, is a residential property developer operating in major cities in both Poland and Hungary. Nanette is at various stages in the planning and development of more than 7,000 residential units.

The LG team advising KBC Peel Hunt included Farhod Moghadam and was led by Hugh Maule, corporate partner and consultant editor of "A Practitioner's Guide to the AIM Rules", the publication of which was launched last night at the London Stock Exchange.

Hugh says: "So far the second half of this year has proven to be a challenging one for many companies seeking admission to AIM. The fact that this issue was so successful in spite of the difficult market conditions is evidence enough of KBC's position in the market as the leading broker on AIM. We look forward to continuing our successful relationship with KBC into the second half of what has to date been a record year for AIM."

Nanette were provided legal advice in Poland by Lovells H. Seisler Sp. k., in Hungary by Squarra & Partos Lovells and in the UK by Berwin Leighton Paisner.
