LG advises on £69.5 million AIM float

LG, the London-based business law firm, advised Arbuthnot Securities, nominated adviser and broker on the placing and admission to AIM of Matchtech Group plc ("Matchtech"). Shares commence trading today, Friday 27 August, with a £69.5 million market capitalisation upon admission.
Matchtech, one of the UK's 20 largest recruitment companies, specialises in the provision of contract and permanent staff in the technical sector.
Jeffrey Elway, a corporate partner at LG, led the team advising Arbuthnot Securities with assistance from Fiona McIlreavy. Matchtech's legal advisers are Bond Pearce LLP.
