LG advises on £69.5 million AIM float

LG, the London-based business law firm, advised Arbuthnot Securities, nominated adviser and broker on the placing and admission to AIM of Matchtech Group plc. Shares commence trading today, Friday 27 August, with a £69.5 million market capitalisation upon admission.
