LG chosen by Oxford City for retail centre redevelopment
LG has been selected to advise Oxford City Council on the proposed extension and redevelopment of the Westgate Centre.
It is envisaged that the redevelopment of the Westgate Centre will provide a large proportion of the additional 36,500 sq metres of retail space that was identified in a recent study commissioned by the Council as being required to improve the quality and range of existing retail offer in the City. A new department store, a multi-storey car park and new residential accommodations are also proposed.

LG advises Redevco on £325m securitisation
LG has advised Redevco UK on the £325 million securitisation of the majority of its UK real estate portfolio. As a result of this transaction, Redevco Original Commercial Securitisation PLC, a ring fenced special purpose company, has issued £325 million of bonds.
