LG advises on the sale of Sanderson and St Martins Lane Hotels
Lawrence Graham has advised Capital Hill Hotels Limited, a Middle Eastern investor, on its acquisition of Sanderson Hotel and St Martins Lane Hotel for £192m.
Michael Lacey, partner and head of hotels at Lawrence Graham, led the LG team along with real estate partner Malcolm Headley and senior associate in finance Jonathan Lent. LG advised on the purchase of the group owning the hotels, the new management agreements and asset management agreements and new bank facility.
Michael Lacey, head of hotels, LG: "These are two of the best and most fashionable hotels in London. The purchase is evidence of continued activity in the hotels sector, especially in London, and we expect to see more purchases by overseas buyers in 2012."
