LG advises Brewin Dolphin on the disposal of its corporate advisory & broking division
International business law firm Lawrence Graham LLP (LG) has advised Brewin Dolphin, one of the UK's largest independent private client investment managers, on the completion of the disposal of its corporate advisory and broking division to a new partnership called N+1 Brewin.
N+1 Brewin is capitalised jointly by N+1, a leading independent European financial advisory and asset management group, and senior management of Brewin Dolphin's corporate advisory and broking division. Brewin Dolphin received a 14 per cent. interest in N+1 Brewin for the disposal.
The LG team was led by corporate partner Geoff Gouriet and corporate associate Kris Rogers.
