LG advises on sale of defence products business to Key Technologies Plc
Lawrence Graham LLP ("LG") has recently advised on the sale of the business and assets of Primetake Limited to Ensco 781 Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Key Technologies Plc ("Key"). The value of the deal was £10.5 million.
Primetake is a niche developer, manufacturer and supplier of special purpose equipment for the defence and security sectors. Key is a UK based specialist engineering group which makes defence products, focusing on the defence, rail, switchgear and motor industries.
Corporate partner Karima Hudson led the LG team advising Primetake, which included Corporate solicitors Jenna Beever and Kris Rogers and Commercial partner Jonathan Riley.
Karima said: "We are delighted to have worked with Primetake on this sale, which fits well with Key's development in the defence sector."
