LG advises Arthur J. Gallagher & Co on its latest acquisition
International business law firm Lawrence Graham LLP ("LG") has advised Arthur J. Gallagher & Co (Gallagher), the international insurance broking and risk management services firm, on the acquisition of Risk & Reward Group (Holdings) Limited from its existing management team.
Risk & Reward Group is an employee benefits consultant and insurance broker offering a broad range of employee benefits insurance and consulting services to both their United Kingdom and international clients. It specialises in benefit design and implementation, risk brokering and management, absence and claims management and human resource consulting for human capital financial management. The LG team was led by Corporate partner Geoff Gouriet and Corporate associate Sam Gray.
