Global reach
We have advised companies with operations in over 30 countries and across six continents – Africa, Asia, Australasia, Europe, North and South America – on their equity market listings in the past year.
We opened a new office in Moscow further enhancing our international presence.
Property focus
Our Real Estate team have been advising on some of the biggest property deals in the sector this year and have further strengthened our service having advised on international real estate funds with assets well in excess of £20 billion.
AIMing high
We are ranked No 1 legal adviser on AIM by Hemscott for both number of clients and client market capitalisation.
We have acted on 9 of the 29 IPOs for Indian focused companies currently listed on AIM.
Setting the standard
We were the first law firm to gain the internationally recognised ISO 14001 accreditation for environmental management. This accreditation helps to assure our clients of the efficient way we operate our business – and the quality we bring to everything we do.
We were the first UK law firm certified organic by the Soil Association, the world’s leading organic body. Organic farming and food production produces on average 26% less carbon emissions than non organic.
Investing in people
17 new partners joined the firm in the last 18 months injecting fresh talent and a new depth of skills into our Corporate, Real Estate, Private Capital and Dispute Resolution practices.
Industry recognition
Named London Legal Team of the Year at the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Private Client Awards, in recognition of our growing international ‘billionaire’ practice.
Awarded Private Client Team of the Year at the Legal Business Awards 2008. The judges pointed to our Middle East and Asia focus and ultra high net worth client base, now more ably serviced through our Dubai office.
Named International Law Firm of the Year 2008 at the Citywealth Awards 2008.
